To enable, empower, and enlighten individuals with intellectual disabilities in a positive and engaging environment.
Casa di Amici is a service for adults with developmental disabilities in the western part of San Diego who participate in the Self-Determination Program through San Diego Regional Center.
Our program provides independent living skills, socialization, access to community resources, and vocational development with a focus on arts and sports for adults with intellectual disabilities
'Casa di Amici' translates to House of Friends in Portuguese and Italian.
Clients will be taught the functional life skills that allow them to lead successful and more independent lives. Our clients will be integrated into the community through volunteerism and neighborhood involvement.
