Individualized time can be scheduled to include skill development in an array of areas needed to live a more independent lifestyle:

• Healthy Eating (Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping, Food Preparation)
• Cleaning/ Tidying Skills
• Laundry (Sorting, Washing, Folding, Putting Away)
• Bill Paying & Budgeting
• Hygiene/ Personal Care
• Physical Activity (Going on walks, hikes, etc. to ensure body movement)
• Time Management

Invoice is based on number of hours per week services are scheduled to take place, not actual attendance. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior. Payment is required before starting services. The hourly rate is $42/hour, plus mileage if applicable.
